To his Excellency, Mr. Hassan Kazem Al-Rashed,
Respected Communication Minister of the Republic of Iraq,
I wish to extend my gratitude to Your Excellency and your respected colleagues, on the successful implementation of the ‘Arbaeen’ ceremonies, and on the increased quality of pilgrim communications in that period which was a direct outcome of favorable cooperation and coordination of all the related bodies and organizations of our two countries.
Doubtlessly, this mutual effort shall create a suitable opportunity for further extension of future cooperation between our ministries.
