PR of the Ministry of ICT- Hamidreza Fooladgar said:" Ministry of ICT has been known as the best for predisposing to implement the policy of Article 44".
"Ministry of ICT has a good cooperation in privatization in both of ninth and the current cabinet and has done its duties very well ", he added.
He noted that some actions of the ministry of ICT in this area include: merging 30 telecommunication companies and mobile company in to TCI, providing and approving a new statute as well as cooperating with privatization organizations for transferring.
Head of special commission for monitoring and following up the implementation of Article 44 emphasized: "Four companies or organizations have been defined as the sovereign tasks in ICT area and they won't be transferred".
"One of these companies is TIC, ITC is also supposed to become an organization. CRA and ISA which have been defined as the sovereign tasks will be remained as the public companies too", he continued.
Hamidreza Fooladgar about transferring Post Company said:" the arrangements are also being prepared in the collection and its statute has been provided so the sovereign sector will be separated from the executive sector in order to transfer the operator sector of the collection".
He expressed that the discussions about transferring Telecommunication Co. is a privatization process and emphasized: "This is related to privatization and stock organization and they will do that so the ministry of ICT is not responsible".
