PR of the Ministry of ICT – Dr. Mohammad Hassan Mohebian Araghi, CEO of Post Co. said:" Post Co. will receive the first operator license from CRA officially till the end of the current month".
"Then the important services such as financial post, postal mails and 10-digit zip code database will be established and managed in the company form in the country", he added.
He said that postal services will be offered based on two main axes after separation which includes: IT- based services such as online trade and payment.
"The value-added service is the other new topics that postal service will be offered based on", Dr. Mohebian Araghi pointed.
He about the latest situation of public postal organizations emphasized: "the organization statute has been provided to the parliament and we hope it will be passed and notified during next month".
CEO of Post Co. continued: "Postal authority center will be established at the Ministry of ICT site and its duties will be specified after the Act notification".
