PR of the Ministry of ICT- Dr. Reza Taghipour in the farewell and introducing ceremonies for some managers of the ministry said:" We hope to be a role model for other public departments in order to realize the slogan "the tenth government as the first e-government".
"Thus, a significant progress will be achieved by Post, Post bank and other affiliated companies according to the defined programs for the fifth development plan", he added.
He pointed that we need a great intelligence for leading as well as dynamic and progressive structures in this section due to high speed changes in this area.
Dr. Reza Taghipour pointed to the affiliated companies and organizations and said: "The current collection is complete to provide services in the field of e- business and e-government".
He expressed that our country needs the services provided in this area and it rises day to day and continued:" we must manage these needs and also changes which occurred".
"Fortunately, strategic documents have been provided in this area and now the road map and position of the government is clear for making policy, guiding and controlling", he emphasized.
Minister of ICT divided ICT area to sound, data and image and said: "We have provided all needs in the field of sound but there is no integrity in the field of data despite a great efforts and we need also to establish new networks and create the bandwidth to provide all requests in the field of image".
"We hope that TIC will perform its task in the region and global communication better than before and create an international proper position for Iran by the changes made in the company", he added.
Dr. Reza Taghipour pointed to the activities of IT management work group and said: "IT Organization should work as the executive arm of the work group and perform the defined tasks".
"The main duties of IT organization are including: macro planning, making policy and performing the sovereignty role is in this area", he continued.
He expressed that IT is for justice development inherently and emphasized: "We believe that IT can create the proper opportunities to provide the required information for everyone at the same level throughout the country".
"We hope that the needed infrastructure and bandwidth will be prepared and Internet management and integration among all sections will be achieved by conducting the developed programs and the made changes ", Dr. Reza Taghipour pointed.
He announced that creating IT center was one of the legislations of IT management work group and emphasized:" According to the bill, all ministries should set up this center and hope it will be as a model to perform what should be done".
