PR of the Ministry of ICT – Haratiyan nezhadi, Founding board member of Afta cooperative said:" It was supposed to review the subjects such as determining the board, approving the Statute as well as determining the official newspaper in the first session, but since the most members residing in other provinces so the first session was not held due to the limited members and the mentioned topics will be discussed in the next meeting of the Assembly".
"So far, more than one thousand and 100 people have purchased more than 15 thousand and 700 shares in the cooperatives, thus it has been considered as the great cooperatives in the country", he added.
Mahmoud Haratiyan nezhadi pointed to the cooperative goals and emphasized: "This cooperative has been established for promoting and strengthening cooperation and cooperative and supporting the research domains, training and engineering, manufacturing, economic, and business services supporting by Ministry of ICT."
"Accordingly, all activists in ICT area including active and retired employees working in the public or private sector, students or graduates in the related fields and ICT industry experts can be the shareholders", he continued.
Founding board member of Afta cooperative about the cooperative's activities in the future said: "The Cooperative will act as a" professional parent company" that will allow to establish several companies to do the extensive activities in various areas of ICT".
He emphasized:" The registration deadline has been extended till January 1st in order to provide the proper conditions for more active participation to form and launch the cooperative".
