ICT Ministry’s Public Relation Department – Dr. Reza Taghipour, Communication and Information Technology Minister, in the Farewell and Introducing ceremony of ICT ministry’s Planning and Strategic Supervision Deputy, said that: it is imperative that dominating strategic ideas on organizations’ body structure and the meaning of Strategic Based planning should be expanded.
He with pointing the role of ICT in countries’ economical, social and cultural development added that the Planning Deputy must act as a motive motor in future research and forethought in all communication and Information Technology related zones.
He asserted that this Deputy must investigate global trends in this zone and with considering the role of Strategic Planning in different countries, should generate a proper and native modeling.
Dr. Taghipour mentioned that ICT is a layer which can penetrate into all different levels of country and said: according to Iran 5th Development Plan and Iran 1404 Vision Documents, in executive levels there are duties which ICT ministry is responsible for and should be pursued.
He continued: from the other point, the essential strategies for role making of ICT in economical, social And cultural parts of the country should be identified and used for Iran all-out development.
He referred to multiplicity of manpower in this zone and stated that: now, there are about 440 thousand graduated in related fields in the whole country which with making use of this great potential, taking necessary steps for developing ICT get possible.
The ICT minister emphasized that: we hope to increase the roles of ICT in other zones for economical development, in addition to its quality and quantity improvement.
