Service quality improvement of Iran cell phone’s operators; the Supervision deputy of CRA announced

According to the available reports, service quality given by Iran mobile phone operators has improved in Mordad in comparison with the previous month.

Eng. Hassan Rezvani, the deputy of Supervision and Rules Enforcement in Rules and Radio Communication Regulatory Authority in an interview with ICT ministry’s public Relation Department with saying this, stated that: now, the telephone penetration rate is 34% and 54% for mobile phones.             
He added that based on the available documents and statistics presented by Iran mobile phone operators, the 1st operator population coverage is 93% and 79% for the 2nd operators which means both of them could operate what they have been undertaking.             
Accordingly, also the indexes of mobile phone First Operator “Disconnected Calls” and “Traffic Channels Density“ around the cities have acceptable and logical condition.
The deputy of Supervision and Rules Enforcement in CRA analyzed 2nd mobile operator acting and said: the second operator has also executed its own commitments in some of license articles like Disconnected Calls Rate.
He with saying this matter that the clients and users can make complaints about the operators’ services and send them to CRA, asserted that during the previous month, the people most complaints were about Telephone Harassment.
Hassan Revani about ICT services’ offices in provinces and towns emphasized that with the efforts made, the plan of monitoring Government Counter Offices has got ready and has delivered to Transportation & Fuel Management Office for the next levels.
He continued that: also the provincial workgroups evaluation form has compiled and given to the relevant sources.
