Public Relation of ICT Ministry - Eng. Hamid Reza Ataayi, the head of Renovation and Administrative Innovation Center said that these offices open in all 31 provinces for pursuing and implementing ICT ministry governmental duties.
He added that: these offices include different sections such as “Information Technology Group”, “Radio and Communication Service Supervision Department”, IT programs Supervising and Inspecting Section” and “Management Development and Supply Section” which do their jobs.
He asserted that Khoozestan province is one of the other that its Communication & Information Technology head office opens on Thursday by the Minister and Khoozestan governor general.
The head of Renovation and Administrative Innovation Center stated that Iran Information Technology Organization beside Radio Communication and Rules Regulatory Organization do and pursue their activities in the provinces through these offices and also the interconnected coordination between I.R Post company, Post Bank Governmental company and Infrastructure Communication Company will pursue via the offices.
He with pointing to the efforts being made in this zone, emphasized that: for implementing the governmental, policy making and conducting obliged duties considered for ICT ministry, improving and reforming the structure has been put in the ministry’s agenda from the beginning of the year 2010 and after expert investigation, the comparative chart for 31 provinces has approved by the deputy of Human Capital Development and Management and notified for implementation.
He asserted that: based on this comparative chart, Communication & Information Technology head offices create and set up in 31 provinces capitals.
Hamid Reza Ataayi talked about the goals of these offices creation and continued that: these offices create for concentrating on decision making and preventing the presence of high rank representative of government in provinces.
Coordination between all relevant provincial units for implementing ICT section policies and plans is another important goal for opening these offices.
