General Director of Administrative Affairs said: Administrative Information of the Ministry of ICT will become electronic

Administrative Information of the Ministry of ICT is going to become electronic and it will be operated by the end of this year.

PR of the Ministry of ICT- Mahdigholi, General Director of Administrative Affairs said:"This will be implemented for creating e-government and a systematic communication among the provincial and central offices".
"The other objectives of this project is including: creating e - dashboard to inform the latest situation in this area to the Ministry's officials and remove the physical correspondence between the units", he added.
"The problems related to the management and planning will be resolved and prevented to waste high-energy and budget by organizing the information in this area ", he pointed.
General Director of Administration Affairs pointed to the importance of proper classification and information processing in all organizations and emphasized: "certainly, the correct and updated information is the most important tool for using the opportunities and facing the potential difficulties in all areas".
"Organizing the documents and files gives the right, updated and clasified information to the managers for making decision, so many unnecessary costs will be omitted", he continued.
Mahdigholi pointed to keeping the paper documents as one of the organizations' problems and said:"making the documents electronic in the department by using modern information technologies is one of the main goals of the project".
"Therefore, electronic physical reform is doing now , so that separation, sorting and classification of documents will be encoded for easy access", he emphasized.
He said that it was doing in the Administrative department with other tasks and by using the available potential and added:"papers will be seperated and reviewed again in order to monitor the proper performance".
General Director of Administrative Affairs pointed to the ongoing efforts to provide an appropriate software for making electronic the documents and said:" We hope to do this by the end of the current year".
