Iranian ICT equipments producers, contractors, designing companies, sample making, technical services presenters and Information Technology and Communication Research and Learning Institute are such sections which can enjoy the committee facilities based on the Loan Strategic Council guideline. Also institutes that work under license of Science, Research and Technology Ministry for establishing universities and studying fields related to information technology and communication, ISP and ISDP centers, the activists of software production, network making and Postal and Telecommunication private sectors are the other loan recipients according to the classified ten-fold guideline, he added. The head of ICT Ministry Loan Committee Talked about the importance and the role of knowledge and technology based companies in developing ICT zone, asserted that the knowledge based companies can take out another loan up to $ 2 billion in addition to the maximum amount of 10-fold classified Loan guideline after expert estimation of ICT Research Center. Forghani describe how the Loan Committee operates and said: in this committee, up to the first of Mehr month, 1 thousand, 482 milliards, 75 million and 500,000 Rials of loan approved and announced to the selected Post Bank branches for payment.
